Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

PAYMENT

 

No orders will be fulfilled or shipped without payment. Your order is not complete until payment is received and approved.

SHIPPING

 

Orders ship from Dallas, TX on the designated shipping date listed with each product.You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order has shipped. We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).

ADDRESS CHANGE

 

If you need to change the address on your order let us know right away, and we'll do whatever we can! Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order has shipped. Email hello@bomgifts.com and please reference your order number as well as the desired shipping address. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer. 

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

 

We want you to be happy with what you purchased from BOM Gifts, so please contact us at hello@bomgifts.com if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem. Due to the nature of our product, we do NOT accept returns on our seasonal boxes. Please reach out if you have any questions before ordering any of these items! 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, BOM Gifts is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.

BOM Gifts is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
